Sensex down 465pts; REL, HLL tank

The Sensex is now down 465 points at 9292.

Reliance Energy (REL) and HLL have dropped around 9.5% each to Rs 365 and Rs 199, respectively.

94.5% of the traded stocks on the BSE continue to languish in the negative zone. Out of a total of 2,241 stocks traded so far, 2,116 have declined, 97 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
