Sensex down 52pts, SKF gains 7%

The Sensex is still down 52 points at 8,748.

ONGC is steady at Rs 1,071 - down Rs 8. Reliance is steady at Rs 803 - down Rs 3. SBI is still down Rs 11 at Rs 947. HLL and ITC are steady at Rs 182 and Rs 134, respectively.

Infosys is still down Rs 16 at Rs 2,613. Wipro is up Rs 6 at Rs 406.

Bajaj has declined 1.8% (Rs 32) to Rs 1,777. Tata Motors is still down Rs 7 at Rs 562.

BHEL is still up 2.4% (Rs 31) at Rs 1,309. Tata Power is up Rs 7 at Rs 486.

HDFC is up Rs 10 at Rs 1,033. Dr. Reddy's, Ranbaxy, Grasim, Gujarat Ambuja and NTPC are also in positive zones.

Declines are ahead of advances - out of 2,524 scrips traded till now, 1,679 have declined, 811 have advanced and 34 are unchanged.

SKF India has zoomed 7% (Rs 17) to Rs 248. Gujarat Gas has added over 6% (Rs 73) to Rs 1,175.
