Sensex down 56pts; Reliance, ICICI slip 2%

The Sensex slipped to a low of 19,510, and is now down 56 points at 19,548.

Reliance and ICICI Bank have dropped 2% each to Rs 2,873 and Rs 1,142, respectively.

TCS has shed 1.7% at Rs 1,035, and Satyam has slipped 1.5% to Rs 441.

Hindalco is down 1.3% at Rs 189.

Tata Steel has surged 2.3% to Rs 858.

Mahindra & Mahindra has rallied nearly 2% to Rs 765. BHEL has gained 1.5% at Rs 2,802.

Out of 2,826 stocks traded so far, 1,968 have advanced, 807 have declined and 51 are unchanged.
