Sensex down 60pts; breadth turns positive

The Sensex is now down 60 points at 9825.

Larsen & Toubro has declined 4% to Rs 2,030. SBI and Wipro have dropped 2.5% each to Rs 748 and Rs 430, respectively.

Gujarat Ambuja and TCS is down over 2% each at Rs 90 and Rs 1,653, respectively.

Hindalco has surged 2.5% to Rs 160. Tata Motors has rallied 2% to Rs 740.

Cipla has gained 1.5% at Rs 214, and Maruti is up 1% at Rs 736. 

The market breadth has turned positive - out of 1,973 stocks traded so far, 976 have advanced, 936 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
