Sensex down 60pts; mkt breadth extremely -ve

The Sensex touched a low of 10,376 - down 161 points from the day's high of 10,537. The index is now down 60 points at 10,391.

The market breadth is extremely negative - out of 1,845 stocks traded so far, 1,138 have declined, 650 have advanced and 57 are unchanged.

ACC has shed 3% to Rs 762. Grasim has dropped 2.5% to Rs 1,755.

Dr.Reddy's has slipped over 2% to Rs 1,310. HDFC Bank and Bharti Airtel are down 2% each at Rs 750 and Rs 359, respectively.
