Sensex down 61pts; Reliance slips 2%

The Sensex is down 61 points at 9313.

Infosys has slipped 1% to Rs 2,816. Satyam and TCS, too, are down nearly 1% each at Rs 732 and Rs 1,639, respectively. Wipro, however, is marginally up at Rs 461.

Reliance has declined 2% (Rs 17) to Rs 868. On the other hand Reliance Energy has moved up 1.4% to Rs 603.

While ITC is down nearly 1% at Rs 144, HLL is tad stronger at Rs 187.

ICICI Bank is down over 2% at Rs 572. HDFC has declined 1% to Rs 1,169. HDFC Bank is up 0.6% at Rs 736.

Grasim has shed 1% at Rs 1,434. Tata Steel is down 1.4% at Rs 362.

BHEL at Rs 1,475 and Ranbaxy at Rs 390 have gained 1% each.

Out of 2,334 stocks traded 1,016 have moved up, 1,250 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
