Sensex down 65pts; breadth fairly -ve

The Sensex is now down 65 points at 13,700.

ONGC has dropped 2.5% to Rs 900. Ranbaxy and TCS have slipped 1.7% each to Rs 382 and Rs 1,247, respectively.

Bharti Airtel and Satyam have shed 1.5% each to Rs 804 and Rs 450, respectively.

HDFC, Infosys, BHEL, ICICI Bank and ACC are down over 1% each at Rs 1,587, Rs 1,978, Rs 2,437, Rs 833 and Rs 877, respectively.

Hero Honda has advanced 1.3% to Rs 688.

The market breadth is fairly negative - out of 1,924 stocks traded so far, 1,268 have declined, 598 have advanced and 58 are unchanged.
