Sensex down 67pts; bank stocks weak

The Sensex is now down 67 points at 13,241.

ITC has shed 3% to Rs 145. HDFC Bank has slipped 2.4% to Rs 999.

ICICI Bank, Tata Motors, Satyam and Infosys have declined around 1.5% each to Rs 885, Rs 793, Rs 460 and Rs 2,087, respectively.

SBI, Maruti and Reliance Energy are the other prominent losers.

Larsen & Toubro has gained 1.3% at Rs 1,593.

Out of 2,183 stocks traded so far, 1,172 have declined, 931 have advanced and 80 are unchanged.
