Sensex down 67pts; breadth -ve

The Sensex is now down 67 points at 14,145.

Reliance Energy has surged 2.3% to Rs 518. Gujarat Ambuja has moved up 1.8% to Rs 137.

Satyam has advanced 1.5% to Rs 471. ITC and Ranbaxy have gained 1.3% each at Rs 175 and Rs 407, respectively.

Tata Steel has plunged 8.5% to Rs 475. HLL has shed 2% to Rs 210.

Hindalco has dropped 1.7% to Rs 178, and Larsen & Toubro has slipped 1.5% to Rs 1,590.

Wipro, Reliance and HDFC are down 1% each at Rs 624, Rs 1,367 and Rs 1,653, respectively.

Out of 2,627 stocks traded so far, 1,511 have declined, 1,068 have advanced and 48 are unchanged.
