Sensex down 76pts, BHEL gains 2%

The Sensex is now down 76 points at 14,351.

Wipro has slipped nearly 3% to Rs 456. TCS and Infosys are down 2% each at Rs 1,032 and Rs 1,793, respectively.

SBI has dropped over 2% to Rs 1,517. Reliance Energy is also down over 2% at Rs 708.

BHEL has moved up nearly 2% to Rs 1,640.

NTPC and Bharti are up 1% each at Rs 166 and Rs 836, respectively.

Reliance, HDFC, M&M and Maruti are trading with marginal gains.

Breadth continues to be negative - out of 2,568 scrips traded, 1,636 have declined.
