Sensex down 81pts; ONGC, Ranbaxy shine

The Sensex is now down 81 poins at 13,533.

ONGC has rallied nearly 4% to Rs 848. Ranbaxy has surged 3.5% to Rs 389.

Grasim and Hero Honda are up around 1% each at Rs 2,768 and Rs 738, respectively.

SBI has plunged 3.5% to Rs 1,221. ACC has dropped 2.6% to Rs 1,031.

Hindalco has slipped over 2% to Rs 174. Maruti, Infosys, Cipla, Bharti, HLL , HDFC and HDFC Bank are the other major losers.

Out of 2,259 stocks traded so far, 1,304 have declined, 881 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
