Sensex down 86pts; Wipro, Satyam slip 2%

The Sensex is now down 86 points at 10,834.

ICICI Bank has dropped nearly 4% to Rs 488. Wipro and Satyam have slipped 2% each to Rs 486 and Rs 719, respectively.

HDFC, HDFC Bank and Bajaj Auto are down over 1.5% each at Rs 1,190, Rs 793 and Rs 2,762, respectively.

The market breadth is negative - out of 1,574 stocks traded so far, 836 have declined, 680 have advanced and 58 are unchanged.
