Sensex down 90pts; Satyam slips 3%

The Sensex is now down 90 points at 19,695.

Satyam has tumbled nearly 3% to Rs 417. Ranbaxy has slipped over 2% to Rs 415.

ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and HDFC have dropped almost 2% each to Rs 1,225, Rs 1,668 and Rs 2,669, respectively.

BHEL has shed 1.5% at Rs 2,780. Infosys has declined 1.3% to Rs 1,632.

Wipro, Tata Steel, Hindustan Unilever and Larsen & Toubro are the other major losers.

ITC has gained 1.5% at Rs 193. Dr.Reddy's has advanced over 1% to Rs 607.

ACC and Bharti Airtel are the other prominent gainers.
