Sensex down 91pts; ICICI Bank slips 2%

The Sensex tumbled to a low of 13,182 in the opening trades. The index is now down 91 points at 13,249.

ICICI Bank has slipped nearly 2% to Rs 843. HDFC has shed 1.7% to Rs 1,545.

Hero Honda, Reliance Energy, Gujarat Ambuja and Satyam are down around 1% each to Rs 723, Rs 509, Rs 133 and Rs 454, respectively.

Tata Motors is the only notable gainer among the index stocks.
