The NSE Nifty is down 30 points at 5,165.
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has zoomed nearly 5% to Rs 674. ITC and Tata Motros have rallied nearly 3.5% each to Rs 219 and Rs 662, respectively.
Satyam and Wipro have advanced over 2% each to Rs 490 and Rs 489, respectively.
Jaiprakash Associates has gained 1.7% to Rs 271. TCS and Maruti are up over 1% each at Rs 922 and Rs 739, respectively.
HDFC has dropped 3.3% to Rs 2,785.
ICICI Bank, Hindalco and Grasim have slipped nearly 3% each to Rs 875, Rs 193 and Rs 2,405, respectively.
DLF has declined 2.3% to Rs 709. ACC and ONGC have shed 2% each at Rs 760 and Rs 1,032, respectively.
Ambuja Cements, SBI and HDFC Bank are down over 1% each at Rs 113, Rs 1,774 and Rs 1,531, respectively.
Out of 2,738 stocks traded so far, 1,375 have advanced, 1,297 have declined and 66 are unchanged.
