Sensex down 92pts; Satyam slips 3%

The Sensex is now down 92 points at 14,560.

Satyam has shed 2.7% to Rs 473, and ACC has slipped 2.2% to Rs 1,043.

Gujarat Ambuja has dropped 2% to Rs 139. Larsen & Toubro, Maruti and Reliance Communications have slipped over 1.5% each to Rs 1,723, Rs 947 and Rs 482, respectively.

Reliance Energy and Tata Steel are down 1% each at Rs 560 and Rs 457, respectively.

Bajaj Auto has rallied 3.5% to Rs 3,116. NTPC has gained 2.3% at Rs 146, and Wipro has moved up 1.6% to Rs 645.

Tata Motors and HDGC Bank have moved up 1% each to Rs 905 and Rs 1,111, respectively.

Out of 2,677 stocks traded, 1,979 have declined, 644 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
