Sensex down 94 points

 But market sources were quick to point out that the Sensex loss did not reflect on the Bharatiya Janata Party's victories in the Assembly elections but was due to profit booking at higher levels.

 The Sensex has been on a seven-day winning streak that raised it 404 points.
