Sensex down 99pts; ONGC, Bharti down 2%

The Sensex is now down 99 points at 10,052.

Maruti, Ranbaxy and Hero Honda are up 1% each at Rs 729, Rs 364 and Rs 759, respectively.

HDFC has shed 3% to Rs 1,058. ONGC, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, Wipro and SBI have declined over 2% each to Rs 1,040, Rs 354, Rs 224, Rs 465 and Rs 716, respectively.

ICICI Bank, Tata Steel and Satyam are the other major losers among the Sensex stocks.
