Sensex down over 150pts; Rel Infra sheds 5%

The Sensex has slipped back to lower levels and is now down 163 points at 9,485.

Reliance Infrastructure has slumped 5% to Rs 534, and Tata Steel has shed 4.5% at Rs 188.

DLF has tumbled over 3% to Rs 148. Jaiprakash Associates, Larsen & Toubro, Reliance and Mahindra & Mahindra have dropped around 2.5% each to Rs 73, Rs 680, Rs 1,366 and Rs 276, respectively.

ONGC has shed 2.3% at Rs 701. SBI, Grasim, Tata Motors, HDFC Bank and TCS have slipped around 2% each.

Maruti, however, has advanced 1% to Rs 615.
