Infosys is marginally (Rs 8) higher at Rs 2,002. ITC is up Rs 3 at Rs 1,276. HLL is down a rupee at Rs 142. Reliance is down a rupee at Rs 532.
Bajaj is now up 3% (Rs 32) at Rs 1,125. Maruti and Tata Motors are also trading with gains.
Wipro, Satyam, Tata Power and ONGC are also trading at higher levels.
The broad market, too, is witnessing selling pressure. While 1,649 scrips have declined, only 654 have advanced and 48 are trading unchanged from yesterday's close.
