Sensex drops 42pts

The Sensex has declined 42 points to 9,241.

Infosys has declined Rs 27 to Rs 2,970. Wipro is down Rs 8 at Rs 454. TCS has slipped Rs 10 to Rs 1,690.

ONGC is down Rs 10 at Rs 1,172. HLL is down Rs 3 at Rs 190. Reliance, however, is still up Rs 11 at Rs 878. SBI is now up Rs 3 at Rs 894.

Hindalco has declined 2.8% (Rs 4) to Rs 135. Bharti has dropped over 2% (Rs 8) to Rs 336.

Tata Motors is still down 2% (Rs 13) at Rs 647. Bajaj has slipped Rs 36 to Rs 2,007.

HDFC is still up Rs 19 at Rs 1,187. NTPC, Grasim and Maruti are also trading with gains.
