Sensex drops 49pts, Hindalco down 5%

The Sensex has shed all the gains, and is now down 49 points at 14,141.

Hindalco has plunged over 5% to Rs 141. Gujarat Ambuja has slipped over 3% to Rs 128.

Infosys has dropped Rs 20 to Rs 2,330. HLL, ITC, ACC, Satyam and BHEL are also trading with losses.

Bajaj is now up 4.6% at Rs 3,078. Bharti is now up 2% at Rs 746.
