Sensex drops 54pts

The Sensex, which touched a high of 9,309 in morning deals, has now dropped 54 points to 9,210.

Infosys has declined over 2% (Rs 53) to Rs 2,894. TCS is down Rs 18 at Rs 1,650, and Satyam is down Rs 7 at Rs 680.

ONGC has slipped Rs 26 to Rs 1,156. Reliance has dropped Rs 10 to Rs 862. SBI has gained Rs 5 to Rs 932.

Maruti has moved up nearly 3% (Rs 19) to Rs 682. Hero Honda is now up Rs 18 at Rs 868. Bajaj is up Rs 13 at Rs 2,127.

Ranbaxy is now up Rs 5 at Rs 395.
