Sensex ends at 13,137, up 65pts

The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 35 points at 13,108. Fresh buying in the opening trades saw the index touch a high of 13,193. The index, however, could not hold gains for long as it tumbled into the negative zone to a low of 13,070 - down 123 points from the day's high.

That set the tone for rest of the day, as the index exhibited volatile movement albiet a positive bias before settling with a decent gain of 65 points at 13,137.
