The Sensex has erased majority of its losses and is now at 16,525, up 25 points.
The NSE Nifty is at 4,904, up six points.

After a massive 340 points rally on the Sensex yesterday, the index today opened with a positive gap of 54 points at 16,552. The benchmark index touched a high of 16,677 and is now moving sideways.
The Sensex is now at 16,637, up 134 points. The NSE Nifty is at 4,934, up 36 points.
The BSE Bankex and the metal indices are up 1% each.
INDEX MOVERS...
Reliance Infrastructure has advanced 4.5% to Rs 1,168 and Reliance Industries have added 3% to Rs 2,082, respectively.
Reliance Communications and ICICI Bank have increased around 2% each to Rs 175 and Rs 904, respectively.
ACC, HDFC Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra and SBI are up over 1% each.

Maruti is the only major loser so far, down 2% at Rs 1,456. Some of the marginal losers include, ITC, Hero Honda, Sun Pharma and Infosys, down below 1% each.
The market breadth is positive, out of 1,529 shares traded, 1,218 have advanced and 280 have declined so far on the BSE.
VALUE & VOLUME TOPPERS
Reliance has topped the value chart on the BSE with a turnover of Rs 55.49 crore. It is followed by Hinduja Global Solutions (Rs 34.08 crore), SBI (Rs 33.20 crore), Mahindra Satyam (Rs 25.57 crore) and RNRL (Rs 24.69 crore).
Cals Refineries has led the volumes chart with trades of 9.12 million shares. It is followed by RNRL (3.40 million), Mahindra Satyam (2.25 million), Suzlon (1.87 million) and Unitech (1.57 million) shares on the BSE.
