Sensex flat; Rel Comm surges 2%

The Sensex is almost flat at 13,330, down 10 points.

Reliance Communications has surged over 2% to Rs 458. Reliance Energy and Tata Motors have gained 1.7% each at Rs 523 and Rs 850, respectively.

Bajaj Auto and Tata Steel are the other prominent gainers.

ONGC and Satyam have slipped 1% each to Rs 850 and Rs 454, respectively.

Out of 2,409 stocks traded so far, 1,327 have advanced, 993 have declined and 89 are unchanged.
