The Sensex is exhibiting lacklustre movemnt and is now at 15,530, up 65 points.
The NSE Nifty is at 4,633, up 25 points.
The BSE Realty index has surged 2% to 4,273.
Reliance Communication has advanced 5% to Rs 290. Sterlite has added 3% to Rs 654. ICICI Bank and Sun Pharma have increased 2% each to Rs 751 and Rs 1,211, respectively.
Tata Steel, DLF, Reliance Infrastructure and Infosys are up over 1% each.
Tata Power on the other hand has declined 1.5% to Rs 1,265.
The market breadth remains positive, out of 2,670 shares traded, 1,626 advanced and 935 declined so far on the BSE.
