The Sensex pared gains and slipped into the negative terrain.
The index is now flat at 13,913, up 26 points
Ranbaxy continues to be the top gainer at Rs 263. Sterlite and Jaiprakash Associates has advanced over 4.5% each to Rs 533 and Rs 181, respectively.
DLF is up 4% at Rs 349.
Tata Power and Reliance Communications has added 3% each at Rs 1,080 and Rs 325, respectively.
SBI and HDFC have slipped over 1% each to Rs 1,710 and Rs 2,098, respectively.
The market breadth remains positive, out of 2,674 shares traded, 2,340 have advanced and 303 have declined.
