Sensex plunges 237pts, Reliance drops 3%

The Sensex has dropped 2.8% (237 points) to 8,250.

Infosys has declined 2% (Rs 45) to Rs 2,420. Satyam is still down 4.6% (Rs 26) at Rs 530.

HLL is down Rs 6 at Rs 165. ONGC is still down 4% Rs 39 at Rs 1,000. Reliance has slipped over 3% (Rs 25) to Rs 758.

Grasim has dipped over 3% (Rs 45) to Rs 1,316. ACC and Gujarat Ambuja are also deep in the red.

HDFC Bank is down over 3% (Rs 23) to Rs 697. ICICI Bank has slipped Rs 4 to Rs 572.
