Sensex rallies 121pts; Rel Comm soars 4%

The Sensex is now up 121 points 12,091.

Reliance Communications has surged over 4% to Rs 346. Bharti Airtel has gained 3.3% at Rs 454.

NTPC, Larsen & Toubro, TCS and HDFC have advanced around 1.5% each to Rs 130, Rs 2,691, Rs 1,025 and Rs 1,366, respectively.

Tata Motors, Maruti, ITC, ONGC, Bajaj Auto, HLL and Tata Steel are up over 1% each.

Out of 2,535 stocks traded so far, 1,315 have declined, 1,136 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
