Post sun-outage, the Sensex has recovered smartly and rebounded into the positive zone. From a close of 12,753, the index is now up 19 points at 12,879.
Larsen & Toubro is trading ex-bounus at Rs 1,178.
Reliance Communications has plunged 3% to Rs 324.
Bharti Airtel, Reliance, Sterlite, Reliance Infrastructure and SBI have shed around 1.7% each at Rs 771, Rs 1,913, Rs 421, Rs 777 and Rs 1,442, respectively.
DLF and TCS are down over 1% each at Rs 349 and Rs 655, respectively.
Satyam has soared 5.4% to Rs 313, and Jaiprakash Associates has surged 4.4% to Rs 116.
Ranbaxy has rallied nearly 4% to Rs 257. Infosys has gained 3% at Rs 1,440.

Grasim and ITC have moved up 2.8% each to Rs 1,735 and Rs 193, respectively.
ACC has advanced 2.3% to Rs 626, and Tata Steel has added 2% to Rs 435.
Wipro, Hindustan Unilever and Maruti are up 1.4% each to Rs 345, Rs 255 and Rs 697, respectively.
Tata Power and Mahindra & Mahindra are up 1% each at Rs 916 and Rs 515, respectively.
The market breadth has turned marginally positive - out of 2,183 stocks traded so far, 1,109 have advanced, 1,015 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
