Sensex rebounds, now up 32pts

The Sensex has rebounded into the positive zone and is now up 32 points at 12,251.

The index is now almost flat at 12,208 - down 11 points.

Satyam has spurted 2.4% to Rs 771. HDFC Bank has advanced 1.6% to Rs 864, and Hero Honda has gained 1.4% at Rs 842.

ITC and Reliance Energy are up 1% each at Rs 210 and Rs 625, respectively.

Hindalco has dropped 2% to Rs 231, and Tata Steel is down 1% at Rs 664.

Dr.Reddy's slipped 1.3% to Rs 1,660. Ranbaxy is down 1% at Rs 517.

HDFC and Tata Motors have declined 1% each to Rs 1,291 and Rs 944, respectively.

Out of 2,269 stocks traded so far, 1,250 have moved up, 962 have declined and 57 are unchanged.
