Sensex rebounds, up 17pts; Dr.Reddy's soars 4%

The Sensex has rebounded into the positive zone and is now up 17 points at 10,758.

Dr.Reddy's has soared 4% to Rs 1,422. Hindalco has surged 2.5% to Rs 170. BHEL has added 2% to Rs 1,990.

Cipla, Tata Steel and Ranbaxy have gained over 1% each at Rs 234, Rs 502 and Rs 369, respectively.

TCS trades at Rs 954 after ex-bonus.

HDFC has slipped over 1% to Rs 1,176.
