Sensex rebounds, up 20pts; ONGC weak

The Sensex slipped to a low of 19,899 - down 197 points from the day's high - and is now up 20 points at 19,986.

Bharti Airtel has surged nearly 2% to Rs 978. Wipro has gained 1.3% at Rs 509.

ONGC has shed 1.5% at Rs 1,171. Tata Motors, Reliance Energy and NTPC have slipped over 1% each to Rs 762, Rs 1,911 and Rs 243, respectively.
