Sensex rebounds, up 43pts; Hindalco gains 2%

The Sensex has rebounded into the positive zone and is now up 43 points at 13,922.

Hindalco has surged 2% to Rs 148. Tata Steel has spurted 1.4% to Rs 560.

Ranbaxy has advanced over 1% to Rs 394.

HDFC Bank, Infosys and Wipro have slipped 1% each to Rs 990, Rs 2,019 and Rs 550, respectively.
