Sensex recovers partially; breadth +ve

The Sensex has recovered partially from the day's low of 13,539, and is now down 38 points at 13,612.

Hero Honda has slipped 1.7% to Rs 694. HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank have declined 1.5% each to Rs 937 and Rs 893, respectively.

ONGC, Bajaj Auto, Bharti Airtel and Larsen & Toubro are down around 1% each to Rs 825, Rs 2,780, Rs 725 and Rs 1,578, respectively.

Grasim has moved up 1.5% to Rs 2,375. Gujarat Ambuja has added 1% to Rs 129.

The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 1,719 stocks traded so far, 1,084 have advanced, 592 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
