Sensex recovers partially, down 121pts

The Sensex has recovered partially from the day's low of 15,479, and is now down 121 points at 15,636.

The NSE Nifty is down 38 points at 4,723.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has plunged 3.7% to Rs 2,620, and Wipro has tumbled 3.5% to Rs 419.

Grasim has shed 3% at Rs 2,548, and Jaiprakash Associates has dropped 2.5% to Rs 226.

Hindustan Unilever has slipped 2% to Rs 248. NTPC has declined 1.8% to Rs 187.

BHEL has moved up 2% to Rs 1,668. SBI and DLF have gained 1.3% each at Rs 1,696 and Rs 626, respectively.
