Sensex recovers partially, down 368pts

The Sensex has recovered partially from the day's low of 18,321, and is now down 368 points at 18,645.

Satyam has tumbled 6.4% to Rs 349. Reliance Communicaitons, Larsen & Toubro and DLF have plunged around 4% each to Rs 675, Rs 3,778 and Rs 967, respectively.

Wipro, Maruti and HDFC Bank have dropped 3.3% each to Rs 440, Rs 813 and Rs 1,525, respectively.

Cipla and ICICI Bank have shed 2.7% each at Rs 197 and Rs 1,213, respectively.

Infosys, ITC and NTPC have slipped around 2.5% each to Rs 1,428, Rs 207 and Rs 234, respectively.

Grasim, Tata Motors and Reliance are down over 2% each to Rs 3,268, Rs 697 and Rs 2,745, respectively.
