DLF and Jaiprakash Associates have tumbled 7.5% each to Rs 433 and Rs 146, respectively.
Reliance Communications and Sterlite have shed 6.7% each at Rs 365 and Rs 455, respectively.
Ranbaxy and ONGC have slipped 6.5% each to RS 425 and Rs 957, respectively.
TCS and Infosys have declined around 6% each to Rs 758 and Rs 1,546, respectively.
Tata Motors and Wipro are down 5.7% each at Rs 388 and Rs 396, respectively.
Out of 2,534 stocks traded so far, 2,278 have declined, 217 have advanced and 39 are unchanged.
