Sensex slips below 6,500-mark, ONGC drops 3%

 Infosys is trading lower by 1.47% (Rs 33) at Rs 2,190. While Satyam has declined 1.98% (Rs 8) to Rs 390, Wipro has slipped a per cent (Rs 6) to Rs 668.

SBI has dropped 1.94% (Rs 13) to Rs 680. While HDFC Bank has edged lower by 1.58% (Rs 9) to Rs 542, ICICI Bank is marginally down at Rs 395.

HDFC has lost 3.21% (Rs 24) to Rs 715. While L&T has lost 1.60% (Rs 16) to Rs 992, Reliance Energy has dipped 1.74% (Rs 9) to Rs 524. Tisco is down 1.72% (Rs 6) at Rs 353.

Bajaj, on steep selling pressure, has dropped 2.35% (Rs 25) to Rs 1,035. Maruti is down a per cent (Rs 4) at Rs 417.

While HLL has gained 2.14% (Rs 3) to Rs 133, Reliance is up a rupee at Rs 546.

Dr. Reddy's has gained 2.56% (Rs 19) to Rs 750, while Cipla is up 1.14% (Rs 3) at Rs 267. Ranbaxy is still up a per cent (Rs 8) at Rs 1,077.
