Sensex slips into red, down 10pts

The Sensex has slipped into the negative zone and is now down 10 points at 13,149.

Hero Honda have soared nearly 4% to Rs 693. HDFC has surged 3.3% to Rs 1,558.

Hindalco and Bajaj Auto have rallied nearly 3% each to Rs 141 and Rs 2,585, respectively. HLL has advanced over 2% to Rs 180.

ONGC, Tata Steel, Ranbaxy and Grasim are up over 1% each at Rs 810, Rs 458, Rs 347 and Rs 2,180, respectively.

ITC and HDFC Bank have dropped around 2.7% each to Rs 168 and Rs 956, respectively. Larsen & Toubro has slipped over 2% to Rs 1,508.

ICICI Bank, Wipro, Reliance and TCS are down over 1% each to Rs 844, Rs 582, Rs 1353 and Rs 1,244, respectively.

Out of 2,460 stocks traded so far, 1,518 have advanced, 874 have declined and 68 are unchanged.
