Sensex slips into red, down 33pts

The Sensex has slipped into the negative zone and is now down 33 points at 14,156.

Reliance Communications has rallied over 2% to Rs 457. Bharti Airtel has added 1.5% to Rs 818.

Tata Steel, Wipro and TCS are up 1% each at Rs 460, Rs 675 and Rs 1,298, respectively.

ACC and Ranbaxy have dropped 3% each to Rs 976 and Rs 371, respectively. Grasim has shed 2.5% to Rs 2,484.

SBI, Gujarat Ambuja, Tata Motors, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank have slipped around 2% each to Rs 1,081, Rs 128, Rs 841, Rs 952 and Rs 995, respectively.

Out of 2,655 stocks traded so far, 1,640 have declined, 936 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
