Sensex slumps 553pts to 10,386

The Sensex contiunes to tank. The index is now at the day's low of 10,386 - down 553 points.

The index had opened with a positive gap of 133 points at 11,072, and touched a high of 11,143 in opening trades.

There is not a single gainer among the Sensex stocks.
