Sensex still above 8,000; auto scrips rally

The Sensex is firmly above the 8,000-mark, and is now up 68 points at 8,015.

Bajaj has moved up over 3% (Rs 47) to Rs 1,515. Tata Motors is up 2.6% (Rs 13) at Rs 508. Hero Honda and Maruti are also in positive zones.

BHEL is steady at Rs 1,103 - up 2.5% (Rs 26).

Reliance is steady at Rs 741 - up Rs 11. HLL is also holding gains at Rs 168 - up Rs 2. ONGC has moved up Rs 11 to Rs 993.

Wipro has dropped Rs 3 to Rs 375. SBI is also down Rs 3 at Rs 835.
