Sensex surges 203pts; SBI, Tata Steel lead

The Sensex is now up 203 points at 13,053.

Tata Steel has surged 3.5% to Rs 482. SBI has advanced 2.7% to Rs 973.

Reliance Energy, HDFC Bank and BHEL have rallied around 2% each to Rs 512, Rs 963 and Rs 2,403, respectively.

Tata Motors and ICICI Bank have gained 1.7% each at Rs 698 and Rs 852, respectively.

HDFC, Hindalco and Infosys are up around 1.5% each at Rs 1,550, Rs 134 and Rs 2,020, respectively.
