Investors expect the Sensex at 18,000-19,000 in June 2010, according to a survey by JP Morgan Asset Management and Value Notes, a provider of business intelligence and research services. The survey said investor confidence was at its highest due to improvement in the global and domestic economic scenario.

The Investment Confidence Index has been developed by interviewing a random sample of retail investors (with a wallet size of more than Rs 2 lakh), corporate investors and financial advisors. The survey took place in February 2010 in eight cities across India.
