Sensex turns -ve; ICICI Bank slips 3%

The Sensex slipped and enterred the negative zone and is now at 14,262, down 61 points.

The BSE Bankex, Metal and the Oil & Gas indices are down over 0.5% each.

Sterlite has slipped 3.15% to Rs 559. ICICI Bank has dropped 3% to Rs 677.

HDFC and Maruti are down over 1.5% each at Rs 2,310 and Rs 1,033, respectively.

Reliance, Tata Steel, ITC, HDFC and Wipro are the other losers.

Tata Power has gained over 2% to Rs 1,155.

Sun Pharma, Reliance Communications, Tata Motors and Larsen & Toubro have added 1-2% each.

The market breadth is positive- out of 2,041 shares traded, 1,195 have advanced and 783 have declined so far on the BSE.
