Sensex up 100pts; Tata Motors, ONGC lead

The Sensex is now up 100 points at 14,264.

Tata Motors, ONGC, Reliance Energy and BHEL have surged 1.8% each to Rs 633, Rs 798, Rs 718 and Rs 1,690, respectively.

SBI and Hindalco have rallied around 1.5% each to Rs 1,438 and Rs 141, respectively.

NTPC, ACC and Tata Steel have gained 1.3% each at Rs 162, Rs 985 and Rs 567, respectively.

HDFC Bank has slipped nearly 1% to Rs 1,090.
