Sensex up 102pts; breadth firm

The Sensex is now up 102 points at 15,067.

Reliance Energy has soared 3% to Rs 616, and ONGC has surged nearly 2% to Rs 896.

Larsen & Toubro, NTPC, HDFC and Infosys have gained 1.6% each to Rs 2,405, Rs 158, Rs 1,947 and Rs 2,002, respectively.

Wipro, BHEL, Satyam and Tata Motors are up over 1% each at Rs 526, Rs 1,575, Rs 495 and Rs 718, respectively.

Hindustan Unilever has shed 1.5% to Rs 197. Mahindra & Mahindra is down 1% at Rs 780.

Out of 2,655 stocks traded so far, 1,697 have advanced, 887 have declined and 71 are unchanged.
