Sensex up 107pts at 10,672

The Sensex is steady with a gain of 107 points at 10,672.

Bharti Tele has surged over 4% to Rs 393. Tata Power has moved up  3.6% to Rs 541.

Maruti has rallied nearly 3% to Rs 910. ONGC has added 2.6% to Rs 1,151. Tata Motors and Tata Steel have gained 2.3% each at Rs 866 and Rs 453, respectively.

ITC, Larsen & Toubro, SBI, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Hero Honda are up 1-2% each.

The market breadth continues to remain negative. Out of 2,550 stocks traded so far, 1,318 have declined, 1,158 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
